Acweorna! After much gnashing of teeth, scratching of head this week’s show was broadcast/recorded on the RØDECaster Pro II. (See above picture) Was the sound quality a) an improvement b) couldn’t tell the difference or c) worse? At least the quality of music, as per usual, in my humble opinion, was spot on. Tonight’s show was supposed to have been pre-recorded as I had a ticket to see UltraBomb! at the 229 Club. Unfortunately, health issues within the band have meant it was cancelled. Instead, I air a track from their new album in “Covers Corner”. Also, in “Covers Corner” is a new band to me that feature Steve Conte who should’ve just supported Guns ‘n’ Roses in The Michael Monroe Band, more on that next week. The UK Subs released their “Final” album yesterday, obviously, I air a track from it. With the news of Vive Le Rock Awards returning next year with Michael Monroe fronting The Lords of The New Church I play a track from the band’s last, often overlooked, studio album.
