Acweorna! This week’s show is a non-Festive affair, not one bell was jangled. Too be honest I was feeling a little woo and a little bit way this week, so this episode is back to just one hour. I did have the second hour all planned out in my head but as I say in the show, my get up and go, got up and went. Even “Covers Corner” has been pushed back until next week. **Shock Horror**.
I play some live tracks from The Johnny Moped gig at the 100 Club on the 17th. A demo by The Professionals and Eddie & The Hot Rods. I get my wires cross and say that Hot Rods drummer Basher Bowley has given up the drum stool in favour of the microphone left by Barrie Masters. Of course it’s Dipster Dean who relinquished bass duties in favour of singing….I hope… Re-recordings of “Classic” tunes seems to be the order of the day courtesy of Faith No More, Tigertailz and “DEMONS” who feature Lee Love and Nathan Von Cruz on guesting duties. So basically, Tomcats, it’s the usual car crash of a show, just a bit shorter.
